The journal adopts the use of a double-blind peer review process.

The journal is committed to conducting the evaluation and arbitration process for research
in a professional, efficient and timely manner. The journal is also committed to maintaining
the complete confidentiality of all information related to the research submitted during the
evaluation and arbitration processes, and not disclosing any content of the research to
anyone other than the researcher, the arbitrators, and the editorial board, each in their
respective capacity.

The editorial board is committed to adhering to the reviewers' findings and observations and
obligating researchers to make the required observations and amendments in accordance
with the journal's applicable regulations. It also bears professional responsibility for making
the final decision regarding the acceptance or rejection of submitted research, including the
justifications for acceptance or rejection.

After the peer review process is finalized, the final decision will be in the light of the referee
recommendation and their own evaluation and judgment to either
- Accepted for Publication Without Revision.
- Accepted for Publication with Revision.
- Not Accepted for Publication.
