Publishing controls

  • The scientific papers are published in the journal in either Arabic or English, and in both cases the research includes an abstract in English or Arabic, according to the research language.
  • The journal does not accept previously published research papers or papers submitted for review in other journals, and the moral and legal responsibility rests with the author in the event that he/she submits a research previously published in another magazine or a scientific conference at home or abroad.
  • Anyone who has published research in a scientific conference (mentioning the name of the conference) may republish it in the journal, provided that it would be subjected to rereviewing. The paper published in the conference must be placed in the list of references and referenced in the paper submitted for publication in the journal.
  • The research published in the journal does not necessarily express the opinion of its editorial committee, and the literary and scientific responsibility rests with the authors.

Publishing rules

The research paper must be submitted to the journal's editorial committee electronically (on a CD or on the journal's e-mail). The research paper must be typed using a Microsoft Word (MS-Word) compatible format with single line spacing. The number of research pages submitted for publication should not exceed twenty pages.

Responsibilities of the Author

  1. The author must submit a written pledge stating that he/she has never published his/her research and that it has not been published in another journal.
  2. The author must submit an original research and present it accurately and objectively, in a consistent and scientific manner that matches the specifications of refereed research, whether in terms of language, form and content, in accordance with the standards and policy of publication in the journal.
  3. The author's consideration of the rights of others in research, and the journal reserves the right to use plagiarism detection programs on research submitted for publication.
  4. The research author must submit an abstract in both Arabic and English, provided that the content of the Arabic language abstract matches the content of the English language abstract.
  5. In the event of multiple authors of the research, a specific contact point must be assigned to all correspondence during the evaluation and review period until the end of the publication process.
  6. The author must observe the journal's policy of not requesting communication with peer reviewers.
  7. It is necessary to arrange the names of the authors of the research before submitting it for publication in order to avoid any disputes that may arise after submitting the research.
  8. If the author discovers a fundamental error at any time, he/she must cooperate with the editorial board to correct the error.
